The CD-ROM and the software are the property of Harris Connect. The Content is the property of University of North Dakota, unless otherwise noted on the CD-ROM. The Directory is for official use only by University of North Dakota and its affiliates, and its use for any other purpose is strictly prohibited, except as expressly allowed below.
You are authorized to install and view the Directory and to use the Directory for personal communications between individuals listed in the Directory. You may only install and use one copy of the Directory on one computer. You may not permit any third party to view or use the Directory. The Directory was compiled in the following manner: (a) University of North Dakota provided Harris Connect with the most recent biographical information in its files; (b) Harris Connect attempted to update mailing addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail address and other contact information through third party vendors with whom Harris Connect executed confidentiality agreements; and (c) Harris Connect made commercially reasonable efforts to verify the biographical information provided to Harris Connect with each individual by mail, e-mail and/or telephone. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Directory may contain inaccuracies, errors and omissions. To report any inaccuracies, errors or omissions, please contact University of North Dakota.

In no event will Harris Connect and/or University of North Dakota, their respective shareholders, members, directors, managers, officers, employees, agents or affiliates be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, lost profits, or damages resulting from loss of data or business interruption) arising out of your use of the Directory or the inclusion of your biographical information in the Directory, even if Harris Connect and/or University of North Dakota has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Harris Connect will not be liable for any loss or damage exceeding the purchase price of the Directory.

a) The University of North Dakota Alumni Association provided the publisher with the most recent information contained in its files at the time the project commenced;
b) Publisher attempted to update the address and telephone number information through third-party research vendors with which it had executed confidentiality agreements; and
c) Publisher made every reasonable attempt to verify the biographical information with each individual directly via mail, e-mail, and/or telephone. Updates given by immediate family members may have been applied.
If attempts to verify the information directly with individuals were unsuccessful, the information originally provided by the University of North Dakota Alumni Association was utilized, with any address or telephone number updates obtained through research applied.
